Masters of Public Administration (MPA)

Applications for our MPA program for Autumn 2016 are due May 1st. Students can also choose to apply for an “off-term” (Spring or Summer semester), although Autumn is strongly preferred for MPA students. Please see the Applicant Checklist for specific deadlines by semester. GRE scores are required to apply. Please note: review of all completed applications begins on December 1st. Applications received after this time, will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Please expect an admissions decision 4-6 weeks after completing an application past the December 1st deadline.

Master of Arts in Public Policy and Management (In Career MA)

Applications for our MA program for Autumn 2016 are due June 15th. Students can also choose to apply for an “off-term” (Spring or Summer semester), although Autumn is recommended. Please see the Applicant Checklist for specific deadlines by semester. GRE scores are only required if your previous GPA is below a 3.0 overall. Only applicants with a minimum of three years post-baccalaureate, relevant/significant, professional work experience will be considered for admission to this program. Please note: review of all completed applications begins on December 1st. Applications received after this time, will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Please expect an admissions decision 4-6 weeks after completing an application past the December 1st deadline.

Dual Degree Applications

Expand your career options by completing two degrees before graduation! The John Glenn College of Public Affairs offers a number of dual degree options that allow you to supplement your policy and management course work with more focused interdisciplinary study from another department, while earning two graduate degrees in less time than it would take to pursue each degree independently. Are you considering a career in research or academia? Since its inception, the Glenn College has offered a selective, research-oriented doctoral program in public policy and management. This academically rigorous program is preparation for individuals pursuing university careers in teaching and research, and for senior-level research roles in government, consulting, and nonprofit organizations.
