Research Interests:
I am studying the processes and consequences of using business management model in public sector organization. Specifically, I focus on the evaluation of using Lean Six Sigma Principles in governments by analyzing how it changes in internal work systems and subsequent impacts on manager-labor relationships and productivity and effectiveness of local government performance.
