Research Interests:
I am studying the processes and consequences of using business management model in public sector organization. Specifically, I focus on change management in implementing new practice and ideas in local governments by studying Lean government cases in Ohio. The lean government case as an organizational change to implement management ideas and practice of continuous improvement, my study explores how the government implement new practice, manage changes process, and internalize them in their daily routines.
