Research Interests:
My current research interests focus mainly on policy implementation and program evaluation for social welfare policies in health and human services organizations. I am interested in the management and leadership of these organizations and how they coordinate programs across sectors and engage in collaborative partnerships for service delivery. I want to explore how programmatic evaluation of these agencies and policies can improve outcomes for vulnerable populations and reduce inequities in access and care. I am also interested in public service engagement, especially for women in public service. I would like to evaluate how we can encourage more women to enter public service and improve the number of women in public leadership positions, especially in health and human services organizations.
