Research Interests:
I’m interested in the adoption and use of technology and data by local governments and non-profit organizations to make better decisions and implement high quality policies. Specifically, my research seeks to understand how these initiatives are managed and governed. Currently, my work is focused on how cities design and implement integrated data management systems for independent projects in their smart city initiatives.
