Sen. John Glenn believed that students from the heart of the country should have a voice in policymaking. Our dedicated D.C. team is committed to this mission, facilitating programming and providing support for passionate students ready to launch their careers in public service.
The Glenn College invests in academic programming and in-residence support for students. Three faculty and staff work full-time in Washington at the Hall of the States near the U.S. Capitol to provide students and our partners with comprehensive on-the-ground support.
How we help:
Internship placement support
First-class mentorship programs connecting alumni with students as they launch their careers in Washington
Professional development opportunities and meaningful career exploration
Coursework to build expertise in federal policy and management, and to complement student internship experience
Networking events with Washington-based Buckeyes
Service opportunities to engage in the Washington, D.C., community
