Bailey Gano

Lecturer

Bailey Gano is the community impact coordinator at the Delaware-Morrow Mental Health and Recovery Services Board. She has a passion for driving positive change in local government. She relies on broad systems-level thinking to foster innovation, efficiency and sustainability across her work. 

Originally from Davenport, New York, she is a proud graduate of SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sustainability. Additionally, Gano holds a Master of Public Administration from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. 

She believes in community engagement as a necessary tool for creating effective change. With experience in advocacy, facilitating local task forces, authoring community-based plans and amplifying the voices of locals, Gano brings a comprehensive approach to her role. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes, playing fetch with her dog Hamilton and traveling.
