Research Interests: My work centers on how the United States organizes, governs, sustains and mobilizes industrial capacity for national security. I am also interested in innovation and technology policy vis-à-vis the defense industrial base. Specifically, the adoption, diffusion and governance of emerging technologies in public and national security organizations.
