Ohio’s premier conference for public sector professionals

What does effective public service look like in a rapidly changing world? The Glenn College Leadership Forum brings together public and nonprofit professionals to explore today’s most pressing challenges, exchange practical ideas and build connections across sectors.

This year’s forum, “Moving Public Service Forward in a Complex World,” features timely conversations on issues shaping the future of public service — including the impact of AI and data centers on Ohio communities, the future of local government, declining trust in public institutions, the changing media landscape, pressures facing nonprofits and the societal costs of sports betting.

The program also features an afternoon fireside chat with Max Stier, president and CEO of the Partnership for Public Service, on building a government that delivers for all. Attendees will leave with fresh perspectives, practical tools and new connections to help them lead and make a difference in their communities.

The Leadership Forum is planned by Glenn College alumni and designed for professionals across the public, nonprofit and civic sectors. Join us for a full day of learning, networking and conversations about how we can move public service forward.
