Join us for a compelling Brown Bag Talk featuring John Glenn College of Public Affairs Faculty Emeritus and Founding Director Charles Wise, an expert in public law and public administration. 

Drawing from his extensive experience and his recent book, The Courts and the President, Wise will explore the evolving relationship between the judiciary and the presidency, particularly in light of recent legal challenges to executive authority. He will discuss the historical role of judicial review and the broader implications for presidential, congressional and federal agency policymaking. This discussion will provide insights into the critical checks and balances shaping our government today.
