PASA is hosting Podcasting as a Tool for Public Affairs, an interactive program designed to equip students with innovative communication skills critical for today’s policy environment. With audiences increasingly shifting from mainstream media to independent platforms, podcasting has become a vital medium for promoting policies, shaping public narratives, and raising community awareness.

This event combines a panel discussion, hands-on mini workshop, and interactive peer sharing to maximize learning and engagement. By bringing together a podcast host, faculty with media/communications expertise, a communications professional from government/nonprofit/think tank sectors, and a public policy professional (e.g., policymaker, policy analyst, or advocacy leader), students will gain diverse perspectives on both the technical and strategic aspects of podcasting.
