Jennifer Harris

Instructor

Dr. Jennifer Harris is an Instructor at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs and the Director of Programs at a nationally renowned nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming teacher professional learning for educational equity. Previously, she served as an Assistant Principal in Fairfax County Schools in Virginia.

Dr. Harris is fervently committed to ensuring that all organizations, especially government agencies, function efficiently and effectively to achieve their objectives. She is equally devoted to empowering students to enact the changes they wish to see in the world. Her extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, coupled with her management expertise and unwavering commitment to organizational excellence, drives her to support individuals, groups, and organizations in pursuing social change through impactful activism.

Dr. Harris holds a BA in Political Communications from George Mason University, an MA in Organizational Communication from The University of Oklahoma, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. In her free time, she enjoys walking, attending theatre events, and spending time with her children.
