Kevin Michel will complete his graduate fellowship with the Farm Credit Administration, Office of Secondary Market Oversight. Before starting his Master of Public Administration, Mr. Michel studied History and Philosophy at Bowling Green State University. He also contributed to projects on the organization’s policy priorities, social media engagement, and cluster initiatives.

Mr. Michel chose the MPA-DC program jump-start his career in DC, become more familiar with the policy environment, and develop a unique professional toolkit. Mr. Michel is looking to build upon his diverse policy interests while in DC. He believes that many of the policy problems in the world today are so complex that the only way to develop effective solutions is through a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach across a variety of policy fields. He hopes to retool and rethink the way government solves problems to create a fairer society.
