Liam Vance

Graduate Admissions Manager

Liam Vance assists with recruitment and manages onboarding activities for all in-person graduate curricular programs, including Washington, D.C., programs. He facilitates the admissions process for all graduate programs, including the doctoral program and master’s capstone coordination. In addition, he serves as the academic advisor for various Glenn College graduate and certificate programs while collaborating with faculty to support program operations.

At his core, Vance is a relationship-driven individual committed to supporting others in their pursuit of a meaningful vocation. He received his bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, where he studied political science and environmental science. Outside of the classroom he was invested in public service. He gained experience in a nonprofit setting at CAPI USA and then spent time in public works at Hennepin County as the transportation planning intern. After graduation he spent two years at St. Olaf College as an undergraduate admissions officer, where he gained a strong understanding for the broader admissions landscape as he traveled the country recruiting a diverse range of students to pursue their undergraduate degrees.
