Lynn Trinko is a senior instructional designer and accessibility coordinator at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. In this role, she leads the design, development and continuous improvement of digital learning experiences, ensuring they are both pedagogically effective and accessible to all learners.
Trinko collaborates closely with faculty, staff and cross-functional teams to build and maintain course content in CarmenCanvas, support course design and migration, and align instructional materials with academic goals. She is a trusted resource for integrating technology into teaching, providing guidance on instructional best practices, video production and learning tools.
A central focus of her work is digital accessibility. Trinko coordinates efforts to ensure course materials meet accessibility standards, including captioning, transcription and compliance with ADA Title II requirements. She works in partnership with Student Life Disability Services and campus stakeholders to implement scalable, high-quality accessibility solutions across programs.
Beyond operational support, Trinko contributes to strategic initiatives, including cross-unit collaboration on research and innovation efforts and emerging work in artificial intelligence in academics. Her work reflects a commitment to inclusive excellence, innovation and student success.
