The Glenn College's graduate programs earn high marks in U.S. News rankings

The John Glenn College of Public Affairs has maintained its reputation of offering one of the best public affairs graduate professional degree programs in the country, according to the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings. Ranked at number 13, the Glenn College is among the top 5 percent of public affairs graduate school programs in the U.S. News & World Report 2020 Best Graduate School rankings. In 2019 it was ranked at 14.

"This is some good news in difficult times," said Trevor Brown, dean of the Glenn College. "The Glenn College is proud of this recognition and of the collaborative efforts to strengthen our graduate professional degree programs. It reflects the reputation of our curricular offerings, our faculty, and our staff."

The Glenn College is also ranked in six of the specialty areas: public management and leadership (7th), nonprofit management (13th), environmental policy (14th), urban policy (18th), public policy analysis (22nd), public finance and budgeting (23rd).

The new ranking places the Glenn College 45 spots above the next highest-ranked program in the state of Ohio. No other public affairs program in Ohio ranked in the top 50 schools.
