Regina Robinson-Easter

As executive assistant to the dean at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs, Regina Robinson Easter provides executive-level administrative and operational support to college leadership. In addition to managing complex schedules and coordinating events, she serves as a strategic partner to senior and mid-level leadership — supporting initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, collaboration and a sense of belonging.

Robinson-Easter is a seasoned administrative leader with over 25 years of experience supporting senior executives across higher education, federal agencies, healthcare and corporate sectors. At The Ohio State University, she has played a pivotal role in faculty affairs coordination, event execution and operational management. Her background spans human resources, project management and collaboration with diverse internal and external partners. She is also recognized as a strategic partner to leadership, contributing to initiatives that foster growth, inclusivity and a culture of belonging. In addition to her professional work, she actively leads ministry and volunteer programs that empower others and build community.
