Shaun Simeral is an OTDI desktop support specialist handling desktop/laptop break fixes and IT requests and needs to support Glenn faculty staff and students.

Simeral has more than 25 years of experience in the IT field, including hardware/software sales and support, service desk support, desktop support, configuration and systems management, as well as device compliance and remediation. He is ITIL and A+ certified.
