Tina Mooney

Tina Mooney assumed the role of Senior Project Manager at the Government Resource Center in December 2023. Tina is passionate about equity within the healthcare system and ensuring that everyone has access to quality care and providers have the tools they need to deliver it. 

Tina’s background is in public health program development, implementation, and evaluation. She has spent most of her career working in tobacco prevention, cancer prevention, behavioral health, and quality improvement. Her current portfolio of projects focus on program and process evaluations.

Certified as a Health Education Specialist (CHES) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), Tina holds a BS in Health Education and Promotion from Ball State University and an MPH specializing in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University's Fairbanks School of Public Health.
