Chelsea Afadzi

Chelsea is a junior studying Political Science and African American and African Studies. From Liberty Township, Ohio, with family from Ghana, West Africa, she values faith, family, connection, education, and service. This summer, Chelsea is interning with the Partnership for Public Service on its Federal Hiring and Employee Engagement Team. Examining employee engagement and retention strategies, Chelsea will learn about improving the federal hiring process and inspiring others to do public service while growing her leadership and management skills. As a creative and socializer, she enjoys drawing and painting, music, going out to dinner, journaling and reflection, and connecting with others.
