Join us as we explore the shifting landscape of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). In the wake of recent legal and political developments, DEI initiatives have faced unprecedented challenges. The Supreme Court's decision in the Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) case has reshaped the conversation around race-based affirmative action, impacting not only educational institutions but workplace DEI initiatives. Our featured speaker, Kyle Strickland, senior legal analyst at The Ohio State University Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race & Ethnicity, will provide insights into navigating the complex legal landscape surrounding DEI and share strategies for upholding DEI principles in the face of escalating risks and challenges.

Brown Bag Virtual Talks are hosted by the Glenn College Alumni Society with the purpose to provide insight and encourage discussion amongst Glenn College alumni around current topics.
