Kaitlyn Rabe

Lecturer

Kaitlyn Rabe is an accomplished researcher and policy expert specializing in geopolitics, public health policy and natural resource management. With over five years of experience, she has worked closely with government agencies, international organizations and think tanks on key policy issues.

In her career, Rabe has presented at prestigious platforms such as the United Nations 4th Committee on Decolonization, the International Fund for Agricultural Development, and the Food and Agriculture Organization. She currently serves as vice president and general manager at Mondo Internazionale APS and political and economic consultant at Minter Group Ltd., where she leads a team in producing research on geopolitical and public policy topics.

Rabe's expertise includes developing comprehensive studies for institutions like the European Parliament and delivering risk analyses on global economic and environmental challenges. Rabe also has a background in teaching, mentoring and leading cross-disciplinary teams. 

In her role at the Glenn College, Rabe is excited to bring her wealth of experience to the classroom, helping shape future leaders in public administration while continuing her dedication to global policy development and public service.
