Lilly Tesfai

Lilly D. Tesfai is the founder and chief data strategist of LDT Analytics LLC. She ​formerly served the citizens of Franklin County, most recently as director of data ​analytics at the Franklin County Treasurer’s Office. 

As a civic data leader and policy professional, Tesfai has evaluated and developed policy for nearly $250 million in public grant and investment dollars. Her expertise spans ​housing, anti-poverty, program evaluation and performance measurement. 

In her consulting practice, Tesfai is dedicated to building ​the capacity of public sector and nonprofit organizations to better utilize data ​for decision-making. She serves the community as a member of the ​Regional Data Advisory Committee of the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning ​Commission and is an advisor to government technology startup CivicReach.AI. 

Tesfai earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies and medical anthropology from ​Case Western Reserve University and her Master of Public Administration from ​the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University.
