Glenn College, Graduate Specialties Rise in U.S. News & World Report Rankings

The John Glenn College of Public Affairs remains in the top 10%, with an overall ranking of 19, among programs in the U.S. News & World Report 2024 Best Graduate School rankings announced this week.

Glenn College rankings also increased in four specialty areas:

  • public management and leadership, 7 (2023 ranking: 8)
  • nonprofit management, 11 (2023 ranking: 12)
  • public policy analysis, 15 (2023 ranking: 19)
  • social policy, 16 (2023 ranking: 21)

Other ranked Glenn College programs are local government and management (21) and public finance (26).

“There are many really strong programs of public policy, affairs and administration across the country,” said Glenn College Dean Trevor Brown. “The Glenn College is proud that the leaders of these programs see great value in the work of our faculty, staff and students.”

U.S. News & World Report ranked 269 schools across the nation this year. The Glenn College is highest among the nine public affairs programs ranked in Ohio. Last year, the Glenn College overall rank was 20.
