Built for mid-career professionals working for public or nonprofit organizations, the leadership certificate program is an investment in your career that immediately provides value to you, your organization and the people you manage. Build lasting relationships with other professionals in your field while earning six hours of graduate credit from The Ohio State University. Participants must have a bachelor's or equivalent degree.

12-week program online with five days in person on campus.
Two graduate-level courses (six credit hours total).
Credits can be applied to a graduate program at Ohio State or another university.
