Meet Julian Yetsky

I am the Glenn College representative in the Undergraduate Student Government (USG).

In my role as the Public Affairs senator, I function as a dedicated advocate for the policy concerns and preferences of the undergraduate student body at the Glenn College. I play an active role in the process of formulating and presenting resolutions that directly address the specific needs and desires of Glenn College students.

I am a second year student majoring in Public Management, Leadership and Policy with a minor in Political Science

I want to represent Glenn students in USG because I love being part of a close-knit community of people who want to make the world a better place. The students and staff at Glenn are truly some of the most wonderful people I've met, and they've pushed me to become an advocate for societal issues I care about.

Hometown: Brecksville, OH

Hobbies: I love weightlifting, walking around in nature, reading the news, listening to music, and hanging out with friends and family.

Goals after graduation: I hope to eventually work on Capitol Hill as a legislative aide or as a policy analyst in a lobbying or non-profit company.

I want to help Glenn students unlock their passion for policy because we live in times where polarization is at an all-time high, and compromise has become a dirty word. I want to work with university leaders to ensure that Glenn students feel empowered to make meaningful change in our society. Additionally, I want to represent Glenn students to ensure they're financially, academically, and professionally successful.
