Vivian Ballón

Vivian Ballón provides advising for current and major change undergraduate major students, current undergraduate minor students with a Glenn College undergraduate major, current MPA students and graduate minor students. She also teaches first-year and transfer survey courses: PUBAFRS 1100.

Ballón earned her bachelor of arts at Ohio State in English and her master of education with a specialization in higher education administration from Tiffin University. She gained experience in general advising at Ohio State from working in the Extended Education unit for four years. She has experience working with professionals in various areas of study, from healthcare to law, with her previous work as an admissions specialist at a nursing college and a bar admissions specialist at the Supreme Court of Ohio. She has a true passion for supporting students in their academic journeys.
